人才工作丨拓肯接待海盐县委常委李宇聪等领导来访调研 TKG Welcomes Li Yucong, Member of the Haiyan County Party Committee Standing Committee, and Delegation for Inspection and Research

近日，海盐县委常委、组织部部长李宇聪等领导一行来访拓肯，专题调研企业技术研发与人才培育工作。于城镇党委书记张东怡、党委副书记周函陪同调研，拓肯总经理张光耀携相关部门负责人参与接待。

李部长一行先后参观了拓肯研发实验室、拓肯学堂、智慧展厅等区域，详细了解了新品研发、项目攻关、技术落地转化等实际工作，着重调研了内部人才培育举措、现有人才引进、骨干梯队建设落地等情况。

李部长充分认可拓肯立足市场促研发、依托平台育人才的实际做法与阶段性成效。他勉励企业立足自身发展与产业优势，细化人才招录、培养和绩效考核激励举措，持续留住用好技术骨干，依靠技术升级和人才储备做实产品竞争力，在发展新阶段强化引才育才工作，强化人才队伍储备，以人才力量不断添加企业发展新动能。

Recently, Li Yucong, Member of the Haiyan County Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department, led a delegation to visit TKG for a special research visit focused on the company's technology R&D and talent cultivation efforts. Zhang Dongyi, Party Secretary of Yucheng Town, and Zhou Han, Deputy Party Secretary of Yucheng Town, accompanied the delegation. Zhang Guangyao, General Manager of TKG, along with heads of relevant departments, received the visitors.

The delegation toured TKG's R&D laboratory, TKG Academy, and intelligent exhibition hall, gaining detailed insights into new product development, project breakthroughs, and technology commercialization. They placed particular emphasis on examining the company's internal talent cultivation initiatives, current talent acquisition efforts, and the implementation of backbone talent pipeline development.

Director Li fully recognized TKG's practical approach and phased achievements in driving R&D based on market needs and cultivating talent through dedicated platforms. He encouraged the company to leverage its own development trajectory and industrial advantages, refine talent recruitment, training, and performance-based incentive mechanisms, continue to retain and make good use of technical backbone personnel, strengthen product competitiveness through technology upgrades and talent reserves, intensify talent attraction and cultivation efforts in this new development phase, build a robust talent pool, and continuously inject fresh momentum into enterprise growth through human capital.
