科创引擎丨拓肯出席“全国科技工作者日”海盐主场活动 TKG Attends "National Science and Technology Workers' Day" Main Event in Haiyan

近日，2026年全国科技工作者日海盐主场活动顺利开展。活动集中全县科技工作者、重点企业代表，围绕技术创新、产业升级、企业转型等内容开展交流研讨。浙江拓肯科技有限公司总经理张光耀作为青年科技型企业家代表受邀参会。

交流过程中，张光耀就如何将科技创新转化为企业核心竞争力，如何看待当下科技创新在企业管理中的机遇和挑战等话题分享了看法。他表示找准需求做实效创新，为企业管理各环节解决有价值的问题是推动核心竞争力的基础，如何使用好AI智能体在科技创新中划时代的作用是当下的重要机遇，并分享了拓肯在企业内部科创建设方面的三个实际案例，相关发言赢得了与会领导和人员的高度认可和积极反响。

Recently, the 2026 National Science and Technology Workers' Day main event in Haiyan was successfully held. The event brought together science and technology workers and representatives from key enterprises across the county to exchange ideas and discuss technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and enterprise transformation. Zhang Guangyao, General Manager of Zhejiang Token Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend as a representative of young technology entrepreneurs.

During the exchange, Zhang Guangyao shared his insights on how to transform technological innovation into core corporate competitiveness, as well as the opportunities and challenges of technological innovation in enterprise management today. He stated that identifying real needs and delivering practical innovations—solving valuable problems in every aspect of enterprise management—is the foundation for driving core competitiveness. He emphasized that leveraging AI agents to play an epoch-making role in technological innovation represents a significant opportunity of the present moment. He also shared three practical cases of TKG's internal technology innovation initiatives, which received high recognition and positive feedback from attending leaders and participants.
