青蓝授学 | 拓肯开展教师节“传帮带”谢师活动 TKG Launches Teacher Appreciation “Pass-It-On” Mentorship Activity for Teachers’ Day

在教师节来临之际，拓肯人事部门特别举办“青蓝授学”内部谢师活动，带领青年员工向结对授学的资深员工致以节日祝福。

活动现场，来自生产、技术、市场、财务、行政、品质等各部门的青年员工代表手捧精心准备的小花束与拓肯文创礼品，向自己的结对“导师”献礼致谢。一句感谢，一束鲜花，一份纪念品，不仅是对资深员工无私传授的认可，更让“老中青、传帮带”的企业文化在双向奔赴中愈发浓厚。

On the eve of Teachers’ Day, TKG’s HR team hosted a special in-house appreciation event titled “Intergenerational teaching,” inviting younger employees to honor the veteran colleagues who have been mentoring them.

Representatives from production, technology, sales, finance, administration, quality and other departments stepped forward, each cradling a small bouquet and a piece of TKG-branded merchandise prepared with care. With a sincere “thank-you,” a bunch of flowers and a commemorative gift, they paid tribute to their paired “mentors.” These simple offerings not only acknowledged the veterans’ selfless guidance but also deepened the company’s “old–middle–young, pass-it-on” culture through a mutual journey of giving and receiving.
