向高望远 |  拓肯举行2023部门年终总结会议TKG held 2023 department year-end summary meeting

时近岁末，拓肯于2024年2月6日在于城厂区召开了2023部门年终总结会议。本次会议主题为“向高望远，踏实而上”，拓肯销售、市场、采购、财务、行政、制造、质检、操作等业务部门负责人员出席了本次会议。

总结会议由各部门负责人先后针对本部门的2023全年工作进行总结，各部门负责人着重汇报了2023年负责部门的核心KPI完成情况。汇报内容按要求“基于数据，忠于数据，超脱数据”，注重通过数据还原客观的工作成果，也理性地看待部门工作现存的优劣之处。

总经理张光耀对各部门的汇报进行了评价，在肯定过去一年良好的成长成绩的同时也指出了其中存在的问题，和各部门负责人一起进行了分析和探讨，并且提出了针对性的建议和要求。

会议也对拓肯2023年度价值员工、年度最佳进步表现、年度销售冠军业务部、年度产品开发贡献奖等优秀部门及个人进行了表彰。他们在工作中积极进取，业绩优异，在产品开发、销售以及团队协作等不同方面为公司做出了显著的贡献。

会议最后，总经理对2024年的各部门工作进行了部署，同时再次对所有部门员工一整年的团结协作、辛勤付出表示了感谢。本次会议在瑞雪中结束，拓肯站在蓄势待发的新起点，将带着更高的新目标，踏实而上。

At the end of the year, TKG held a 2023 year-end summary meeting in the plant on February 6, 2024. The theme of this meeting is " Look high and far, and move forward steadily ", and the responsible personnel of sales, marketing, procurement, finance, administration, manufacturing, QC, operation and other business departments of TKG attended this meeting.

In the summary meeting, the heads of each department summarized the annual work of the department and the completion of the core KPI of the responsible department in 2023. The report content is required to be "based on data, loyal to data, detached from data", focusing on restoring objective work results through data, and rationally viewing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing work of the department.

General Manager Zhang Guangyao evaluated the reports of each department, meanwhile affirming the good growth results in the past year.   Also pointed out the existing problems, analyzed and discussed with the heads of each department, and put forward targeted suggestions and requirements.

The meeting also commended the outstanding departments and individuals of TKG 2023 Value employees, the annual best Progress performance, the annual Sales champion Business Department, and the Annual product Development Contribution Award. They are motivated and outstanding in their work, making significant contributions to the company in different aspects such as product development, sales and team collaboration.

At the end of the meeting, the General manager deployed the work of each department in 2024, and once again thanked the staff of all departments for their solidarity and hard work throughout the year. At the end of this meeting with timely snow, TKG stands at a new starting point ready for development, and will take a higher new goal and work steadily.
